ALX Meeting and Event Planning Co. is a
full service meeting and event planning and management company developed
to provide creative, cost effective meetings, conferences, conventions,
seminars and special events for our clients through effective
communication and attention to details of advance planning and on site
management of our clients' meetings and events. Our goal is to make the
meeting, conference, convention, seminar or event a success for our
clients and to exceed our clients' expectations with service as well as
effective communication with our clients.
Russell Alexander, President and CEO of ALX Meeting and Event Planning Co. began his career in meeting and event
planning over fifteen years ago while working as an attorney for over
twenty years. Russell was repeatedly called upon by organizations,
businesses, individuals and associations to plan and manage conferences,
seminars and special events for hundreds of attendees. The groups and
individuals as well as the attendees all raved over the success of these
events and how they had been so well planned and orchestrated with such
passion, creativity, attention to details and logistical skills that
Russell realized his true calling was to be a meeting and event planner
so his passion and talents could be fulfilled. In return, the clients
of ALX Meeting and Event Planning Company receive the benefit of these
talents, skills and experiences as well as the passion for the
development and management of their meetings, conferences, seminars and
events. Russell left the successful practice of law to devote his full
attention to meeting and event planning in the creation of ALX Meeting
and Event Planning Co.
In the creation of the company Russell
said:
“I love to plan, organize and manage meetings, events,
conferences, seminars and special events. I always have enjoyed
creating these events but what prompted me to leave the practice of law
and devote myself to this company and the meeting and event planning
industry was not just my realization of my talents and passion but the
vocalization of the same by those who I had planned these meetings,
conferences and events for and who had attended the same that I had this
talent and passion. My goal is simple: to foster the success of our
company by tapping these talents and passions with outstanding customer
service, by increasing the return on investment of our clients and
through developing truly remarkable events, meetings and conferences for
the attendees of the same. I firmly believe that effective
communication contact with our clients is the key to producing such
results.”

I think all good meeting and event planners are

cornerstone of my future meeting and event planning projects.
