Professional Fees
ALX Meeting and Event
Planning Co. is committed to innovative and creative fee structuring for its
clients in the professional planning and management of their conventions, conferences,
seminars and special events. Many times there are little or no direct costs to
the organization for the company’s meeting planning services. First of all, ALX
Meeting and Event Planning Co. strives to keep its fee structure as low as
possible for its clients in the tight market many groups and associations have
experienced in the planning and management of their conference, convention or
seminar. Secondly, we are very creative in structuring of our fees for
services. Thirdly, many times these fees can be partially or fully covered by
commissions from facilities and fees from participants. Additionally, ALX
Meeting and Event Planning Co. will waive site selection fees for its clients if
the association or organization books the conference or convention at a
recommended site selected by the company and ALX Meeting and Event Planning Co.
is engaged by the group to work on planning and site management of the
convention, conference or meeting for the organization.
The bottom line is that the
amount of time your association or organization is spending on these meeting
planning tasks is taking time away valuable time from your employees who need to
be focused on other avenues for the organization. ALX Meeting and Event
Planning Co. alleviates these burdens and difficulties, many times with little
or no direct costs to the organization in order to enable the group to utilize
its services within the organization’s increasingly rigid budgetary constraints.
